Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible to file a return or receive a replacement. To do so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above criteria.
